Refund & Returns Policy

1. 30-day return window

You may return any unused, undamaged product in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping charges where applicable).

2. Damaged or defective items

• Report damage with an unboxing video and clear photos within 48 hours of delivery.
• We will arrange a free pickup and either replace the item or issue a full refund.

3. How to initiate a return

1. Email support@vconst.store or WhatsApp +91 95590 50955 with your order ID.
2. We will share a return shipping label or arrange a reverse pickup.
3. Once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

4. Refund timelines

• Cash on Delivery orders: refunded via UPI or bank transfer to your account within 7 working days of receiving the returned item.

5. Non-returnable items

• Items marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance".
• Items damaged by misuse or returned without original packaging.
• Custom-made or personalised orders.

6. Order cancellation

You may cancel an order free of cost any time before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, the standard return process applies.
