2. Products & pricing

• All prices are in INR and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
• We strive for accurate product photos and descriptions; slight variation in tone/finish is normal for porcelain.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing errors or suspected fraud.

3. Orders & payment

• We currently accept Cash on Delivery only across all serviceable pincodes in India. Online payments are temporarily unavailable.
• An order is confirmed only after our team verifies it over a phone call on your registered mobile number.

6. Acceptable use

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
