Shipping Policy

1. Where we ship

We ship pan-India through trusted courier partners (Delhivery, Blue Dart, India Post, DTDC and others). International shipping is currently not available.

2. Order processing time

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on a working day are dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed later are dispatched the next working day.
• We do not dispatch on Sundays and public holidays.

3. Estimated delivery times

• Delhi NCR: 1–3 working days
• Metro cities: 2–4 working days
• Rest of India: 3–7 working days
• Remote pincodes: 5–10 working days

4. Shipping charges

• Orders above ₹999 — Free shipping.
• Orders below ₹999 — flat ₹79 shipping charge.
• COD (where available) — additional ₹40 handling fee.

5. Packaging

Every porcelain item is wrapped in protective foam, double-walled corrugated boxes and "fragile" labelled. All shipments are insured against transit damage.

6. Damaged or lost shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged, please share an unboxing video and photos within 48 hours at support@vconst.store. We will replace or refund the affected items free of cost.

7. Tracking

Tracking details are shared on your registered phone and email once the order is dispatched.

8. Address accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and PIN code are correct. Re-shipping for incorrect addresses will incur additional charges.
